REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions applicable to the withdrawal from purchase contracts and the return of products purchased through LUXURYOFHOMES.COM (hereinafter, the “Site”) and is provided in accordance with Articles 45 to 67 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code).
These provisions grant eligible consumers the right to withdraw from distance contracts, return purchased goods, and receive reimbursement under the conditions set forth below.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to applicable legislation, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen (14) days from delivery of the goods, without providing any reason, and to obtain a refund of amounts paid, subject to compliance with the procedures outlined in this Policy.
In accordance with Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
multimedia products and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons once opened after delivery;
goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
custom-made or personalized goods where indicated;
any additional exclusions permitted by law.
The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers, defined as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity. Legal persons and individuals acting for business or professional purposes are excluded.
CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL
The Customer intending to exercise the right of withdrawal must send written notice within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the goods, requesting the withdrawal form by email at:

The notice must subsequently be sent via certified electronic mail (PEC) to:

or via registered mail with return receipt, together with the withdrawal form, to:

Within three (3) working days following receipt of the withdrawal request, Luxuryofhomes will provide the Customer with an Identification Code for the return and instructions including the return address.
The Customer must dispatch the goods within fourteen (14) days following receipt of the Identification Code.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Return shipping costs are borne entirely by the Customer.
All risks associated with return transport remain with the Customer.
The product must be securely packaged and clearly display the Identification Code on the parcel.
Products must be returned in their original condition and integrity, including:
clean condition without scratches, dents, marks, damage, or dirt;
original packaging intact;
all accessories, components, manuals and materials included.
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in a reduction of the refund to account for diminished value of the goods.
Pursuant to Article 57(2) of the Consumer Code, the Customer is liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Insurance of returned goods is not mandatory; however, given that transport risks remain with the Customer, insurance for the full purchase value is recommended.
REFUND PROCESS
Upon receipt and verification of returned goods, Luxuryofhomes shall process reimbursement as soon as reasonably possible and in accordance with Article 56(3) of the Consumer Code.
Refunds shall include amounts paid for the product and standard delivery charges, excluding any additional costs resulting from the Customer’s choice of delivery method different from that offered by Luxuryofhomes.
Reimbursement shall be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Luxuryofhomes shall not be liable for delays in credit processing attributable to financial institutions or payment providers.
VALUE REDUCTION AND LIABILITY
The Customer is responsible for any depreciation in product value caused by handling beyond functional inspection, including but not limited to:
missing packaging;
missing components or documentation;
visible signs of wear, damage, or contamination.
Luxuryofhomes reserves the right to deduct such depreciation from the refundable amount or request compensation where applicable.
FINAL PROVISIONS
Returned goods must always comply with integrity and packaging requirements regardless of withdrawal reason.
Refund eligibility remains subject to verification of returned goods.
This Policy operates in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of Sale and applicable statutory rights under Italian and European law.
This document is valid for all purchases made through the Site and may be updated periodically to reflect legal or operational changes. Continued use of the Site constitutes acknowledgment of the latest version of this Policy.
