REFUND POLICY
Which are the terms and conditions to withdraw the order?
The online sales of products are following the articles from nr. 45 to 67 of the Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This regulation provides, on behalf of the consumer, the right to withdrawal from the contracts and the agreements, and providing the right to return the product and to receive a refund.
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right to withdraw is not applicable for multimedia products and sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or reasons related to human health protection and it is also not applicable for those goods that may change or deteriorate quickly.
The Client is responsible for the reduction in value of the goods caused by an inappropriate use that does not allow to verify the right function, e.g.:
- The original packaging is missing.
- Integrated features are missing (accessories, vires, user instructions, etc.)
- Signs of damage, tear or dirt.
The right of withdrawal is reserved only for consumers (natural persons who purchases the products not for resale, commercial or business reasons) and can therefore not be pursued by legal persons or by natural persons who have a professional purpose.
The Client who is intended to avail him/herself of this right, has to send withing 14 (fourteen) days after the delivery of the products or, in case of services 14 days within the conclusion of the contract, a written communication of the will to withdraw: request the form by email: info@luxuryofhomes.com
Notice must be sent by certified electronic mail (PEC) to luxuryofhomes@pec.it or by registered letter with return receipt together with the withdrawal form to the following address:

Within 3 (three) working days following receipt of the withdrawal form, Luxuryofhomes will send to the Client, through the e-mail address written in the withdrawal form, the Identification Code of the request as well as the address the product has to be send to be returned.
Without any exceptions, the Client has to send the product within 14 (fourteen) days following the receipt of the ID code. The shipping costs will be paid by the Client and the product has to be securely packed with the personal Identification Code well recognizable on the package.
Costs and risks of the return are held by the Client.
It should be remembered that the Product has to be returned in an overall state of integrity (e.g. the products need to be clean, without scratches, nicks, dents, grazes. The products have to be returned in their original package including all accessories, all components and illustrative materials included in the original box). If this is not the case, Luxuryofhomes has the right to ask the user to pay the costs of the product’s value reduction.
Luxuryofhomes will refund the user of the amount paid, including the delivery fees to send the product unless the extra fees in case the user had chosen a paid delivery service instead of the delivery service offered by Luxuryofhomes.
For all sorts of withdrawal, the products need to be returned undamaged and with their original packaging and with all accessories.
Pursuant to Article 57, paragraph II of the Consumer Code, the user is responsible of the value decrease of the products dued to an inappropriate use that makes it impossible to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. In this case Luxuryofhomes has the right to ask the user to pay the costs of the product’s value reduction.
In order to have right to withdrawal it is not necessary that the goods are insured against theft and accidental damage during the transport.
However, since the risks related to the return of the goods affect the customer, they are invited by Luxuryofhomes to pay for an insurance of the total amount mentioned in the e-mail of the Purchase order.
Pursuant to Article 56, paragraph III of the Consumer Code, Luxuryofhomes will proceed, as soon as possible, with the payment of the refund once the returned products have been received.
The total amount of the refund will be transfered to the payment method used by the client during the purchase process or to a different payment method if notified by the client.
Luxuryofhomes does not take any responsibility for delays of the crediting of the amount to be reimbursed that are caused by the bank institute or by the card type used for the payment.
